Yes. Everything on this page is included at no cost. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core training platform is free.

What progression strategies are supported?

Linear, Double Progression, Periodized Wave, RPE-Based, Percentage Wave (5/3/1, nSuns), Volume Wave, and AMRAP. Each program can use a different strategy.

How does Fathom analytics work?

Fathom tracks every set you log and compares your lifts against population percentiles. It generates a 9-factor training diagnostic and surfaces trends across programs.

Do I need a coach to use Pulse?

No. Pulse works standalone. If you want a coach, Catalyst coaches can assign programs that integrate seamlessly with your account.

Does it work on iPhone?
